PROCESSING TIME

All products are handmade in small batches.

Processing begins the day your payment has been successful or reflected on our account. Processing time is 1-7 days Postage 1-5 days within Ireland. Postage within NI/UK varies.

We have standard and tracked shipping for Irish orders. Please note orders over a certain value will be automatically be tracked unless stated otherwise. 

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen orders and custom charges by an post or royal mail.

 

ESSENTIAL OILS

Lavender essential oil promotes relaxation and believed to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia, nausea, and menstrual cramps.

Ylang Ylang essential oil is romantic and comforting with a gentle floral aroma and slightly fruity undertone.  

Grapefruit essential oil is sweet and uplifting with a citrus aroma and aromatic undertone. 

Rose geranium essential oil has a rosey aroma and is an essential oil for increased sensual ,skin and relaxing benefits. 

Lemon essential oil is known to be a natural stress reliever as it lifts your mood and fight depression.

Tea tree essential oil promotes antifungal properties and can be used for several purposes, including keeping skin, hair and nails healthy.

Peppermint oil is most often used to support the digestive system, nervous system, and respiratory systems, as well as joint and muscular health. You can also use peppermint essential oils on the skin and to promote healthy hair.

Eucalyptus oil is most often used to support the immune system and to promote healthy hair.

Sandalwood oil promotes mental clarity because it is grounding due to its woody scent.

Patchouli oil also has antifungal properties and aids mental clarity. 

Vanilla oil has a luxuriously rich, slightly sweet aroma that enhances your experience. 

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of products there are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.

If items arrive damaged you may be eligible for a refund within 10 days of receiving the item. To start a return, you can contact us at lavenderandjoyco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or have the choice to be sent a new order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process. Postage costs will be deducted from exchanges or returns. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
